I went climbing today. Also went to my class. I woke up hung over but am feeling much better now. I have been working on my second chakra today (even though its a heart chakra day)... i istill need to contact that lawyer. I'm going over to lisa's to watch office. I'm studing econ later with jen.. later bein sunday.

I don't know waht i'm defining or where i'm going in evolution. I just know that I want to get better every day. I did measure a synchronicity- 100 deep breaths and than lisa called. i don't know about any matrix or navigation. I went and worked out alone- and i did work on my form. to be precise and locked. I wasn't letting anyone in my head, even saw kristin who i used to have a crush on, and didn't talk to her.

What is my deepest darkest fantasy? i know what it is now. it is the one where i break free of my own self limiting chains. It is the one where I hand myself a key and unlock my own shackles. Maybe... it is to feel free from the weight of the world that acts as a crushing force onm y gentle soul. Maybe the dream is to be happy and healthy and secure. To reach some freedom. Mymost forcefully wriggling fantasy is to have that lonely desperate girl and hand her the love sitting in front of her that she refuses to see. if there is just some direction that she could be pushed. If each woman was to make it with one of the 4 men she sees most. or maybe for each guy to have all 4 of the girls he sees mostMaybe I am telling myself that I need to love of more than one person. Last night I was supposed to meet with lisa. It never happened. I thought about cancelling, because I knew we wouldn't be connecting in a way either of us expected. Later, she calls and her tire has blown out. She's half way to albany and there is nothing I can do. I care about her so much, I am worried. She is able to take care of it, and the whole situation. I knew we weren't going to be hanging out. Did I manifest the accident, or predict it?

I don't always know what is best for me, and I don't always have the motivation to do what is right.

Later I will be going to Lisa's to practice blowing marijuana smoke rings. Its not an addiction, but an emotional dependance. I don't know how to interact with people normally after not smoking for a few days. I feel as if part of my identity has slipped away.

I am greatful for life and all that I have. I am greatful to be here now. I am so happy that Obama will be replacing Bush. If only he had come 4 or 8 years ago...

I have a new exercise for all you looking to change your brain.

Its been proven that smiling more makes you happier, but for some people that doesn't cut it. There can be any number of reasons to smile that are not related to mood or emotion. The downside is people will react to what they perceive your mood to be.

I would have to call this excersize part of a throat/heart chakra opening kriya

Here it is, eyebrows: Do this exercise in front of a mirror to see your full range of motion.

do 20 eyebrow shrugs (bring your eyebrow down and towards the middle as far as possible)
on the last shrug hold it for 20 seconds. see and feel how far down you can make them go

do 20 eyebrow lifts
on the last one hold it up for 20 seconds. see and feel how far up you can make them go
(by looking at it while you do the exercise you are exciting more of the brain, writing the information in more permanently)

do 20 more eyebrow lifts
drop the eyebrows to 80% max height (based on your personal range) and hold for twenty seconds.

For the rest of the day try to maintain eyebrows at 80% height
try to return there 32 times a day
