ninja eyebrows

I have a new exercise for all you looking to change your brain.

Its been proven that smiling more makes you happier, but for some people that doesn't cut it. There can be any number of reasons to smile that are not related to mood or emotion. The downside is people will react to what they perceive your mood to be.

I would have to call this excersize part of a throat/heart chakra opening kriya

Here it is, eyebrows: Do this exercise in front of a mirror to see your full range of motion.

do 20 eyebrow shrugs (bring your eyebrow down and towards the middle as far as possible)
on the last shrug hold it for 20 seconds. see and feel how far down you can make them go

do 20 eyebrow lifts
on the last one hold it up for 20 seconds. see and feel how far up you can make them go
(by looking at it while you do the exercise you are exciting more of the brain, writing the information in more permanently)

do 20 more eyebrow lifts
drop the eyebrows to 80% max height (based on your personal range) and hold for twenty seconds.

For the rest of the day try to maintain eyebrows at 80% height
try to return there 32 times a day
